Limit 2 cats and/or dogs per apartment up to 25 pounds. No exotic animals.
Non-refundable pet fee of $300 per animal. $25 monthly per cat. $50 monthly fee for the first dog and $35 monthly fee for the second dog.
Veterinarian statement is required for each pet.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.
